The Tweco 24AH-75 (Part No. 1240-1230) is a heavy-duty, standard adjustable slip-on nozzle designed for professional MIG welding applications. Engineered for use with Tweco Professional No. 4 and Spray Master 450 series MIG guns, this nozzle features a substantial 0.750-inch (19mm) bore. The large bore size is specifically optimized for high-amperage welding (typically 300A to 450A) where maximum shielding gas coverage is critical to maintain arc stability and prevent weld porosity, particularly during spray transfer modes.

Constructed from high-grade copper alloy, the 24AH-75 offers exceptional thermal conductivity, allowing it to withstand the intense heat generated during prolonged welding sessions without deforming.
