The Tweco 24CT-37 (Stock No. 1240-1404) is a standard replacement gas nozzle designed for the 24 Series consumable system. This specific nozzle features a 3/8-inch (0.375" / 9.5mm) bore orifice, making it suitable for applications requiring a tighter gas focus or access to more restricted joints compared to the standard 1/2-inch or 5/8-inch nozzles. The "CT" designation indicates a Coarse Thread design, which is engineered to resist cross-threading and seizing in high-heat environments, facilitating easier removal and replacement during maintenance intervals.

Manufactured from high-conductivity copper alloy, the 24CT-37 provides excellent thermal dissipation, helping to keep the front-end consumables cooler during extended welding cycles.
