The Tweco 35TF-40-10 (SKU: 1400-1031) is a specialized conduit liner designed for the precise feeding of aluminum welding wire. Unlike standard steel wound liners, this conduit utilizes a Teflon (PTFE) core which provides an exceptionally low coefficient of friction. This is critical when feeding soft aluminum wires (such as 4043 or 5356 alloys), which lack the column strength of steel and are prone to buckling, shaving, or bird-nesting if subjected to drag within the cable assembly.

This liner is engineered to fit Tweco No. 3 and No. 4 series MIG guns, as well as the Spray Master 350 and 450 series. It features a 10-foot (3-meter) length, making it suitable for standard gun assemblies. The internal diameter is calibrated to handle wire sizes ranging from 0.035 inches (0.9 mm) up to 3/64 inches (1.2 mm).
