The Tweco® 23 Series Self Insulated Flush Nozzle is specifically designed to be compatible with standard gas diffusers and seamlessly integrates into the conductor tube assembly. This heavy-duty welding accessory can handle up to 450 A, making it ideal for demanding welding applications. For easy identification, the part number is rolled stamped on the outer surface of the nozzle. It features a 9/16"-18 UNC-2B thread size, which is perfect for situations where a longer electrical stick-out is required or when the nozzle comes into contact with the work surface. Constructed from high-quality 122 DHP copper alloy, this nozzle boasts a 3-piece design. The nozzle housing is skillfully cut and shaped from copper alloy tubing, while the nozzle insert is precisely machined from solid brass. In addition, the nozzle insulator is made from durable silicone material. The nozzle insert is designed to allow for the machining of internal threads, ensuring a perfect match with the conductor tube OD threads. This nozzle provides the necessary electrical insulation from the gas diffuser thanks to the nozzle insulator. Sold in packs of 2, it eliminates the need for any additional insulation.
