The Lincoln Electric K2752-2 Plasma Cutting Grid is a specialized accessory engineered to expand the capabilities of Lincoln Prism Downdraft and Down Draft Direct tables. Unlike standard welding grids, which are designed primarily for fume extraction and lighter thermal loads, this plasma cutting grid is constructed to withstand the intense localized heat and molten slag generation associated with plasma cutting operations. The unit is rated for plasma cutting applications with a maximum current of 50 amps, making it an ideal addition for fabrication shops that utilize both welding and plasma cutting processes on the same station.

Structurally, the K2752-2 consists of two heavy-duty frames, each reinforced with 13 steel bars. This high-density bar configuration provides superior support for workpieces, reducing the risk of small parts falling through while maintaining optimal airflow for the downdraft system.
