The ESAB PT-19XLS Mechanized Plasma Torch (P/N: 37090) is a high-performance cutting tool designed for integration with automated systems and cutting tables. Engineered for reliability and precision, this torch features a 17-foot (5.2-meter) lead assembly, providing ample reach for various industrial setups. The PT-19XLS is specifically constructed to handle the rigors of continuous mechanized cutting, offering a durable straight-barrel design that mounts easily into standard torch holders.



This torch utilizes air-cooling technology, eliminating the need for complex liquid cooling systems while maintaining high duty cycles suitable for production environments. It is typically rated for operation up to 100 Amps, making it a versatile choice for cutting medium to heavy-gauge conductive metals including mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. The torch employs a high-frequency starting method, ensuring positive arc ignition without the need for physical contact with the workpiece, which preserves consumable life and ensures cut quality.



Maintenance and downtime are minimized thanks to the PT-19XLS's simplified consumable stack-up. The nozzle, electrode, and swirl baffle are designed for quick changeovers, allowing operators to return to production rapidly.
