The CK Worldwide CK9PV is a specialized TIG torch body designed for precision applications requiring both high accessibility and manual gas control. Part of the industry-standard 9 Series, this torch body is rated for 125 Amps at 100% duty cycle, providing reliable performance for continuous welding operations. The unit features a gas-cooled (air-cooled) architecture, eliminating the need for bulky water coolers and making it an excellent choice for field applications and portable welding setups.

Distinguished by its 180-degree "pencil" head configuration, the CK9PV is engineered to access hard-to-reach joints, such as those found inside tubing, exhaust manifolds, or complex roll cages. Unlike standard 70-degree or 90-degree heads, the straight design allows the operator to extend the electrode directly into narrow gaps. Furthermore, this model is equipped with a manual gas control valve directly on the torch body. This feature is critical for TIG welding power sources that do not possess an internal gas solenoid, allowing the welder to manually open and close shielding gas flow at the torch, thereby reducing gas waste and ensuring proper pre-flow and post-flow coverage.
