The Lincoln Electric KP2033-4B1 Gas Lens is a premium consumable designed to enhance the performance of Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) operations. Engineered specifically for use with 3/32-inch (2.4 mm) tungsten electrodes, this gas lens replaces standard collet bodies in 9 and 20 series TIG torches. The primary function of this component is to transform the turbulent flow of shielding gas into a coherent, laminar stream. By utilizing a multi-layer fine mesh screen, the gas lens distributes argon evenly around the tungsten and the weld pool.


In industrial environments where weld quality is paramount, such as aerospace, motorsports, or sanitary piping, the stability of the shielding gas is critical.
