The Weldcraft AK3GL Gas Lens TIG Torch Accessory Kit is a curated selection of genuine Miller/Weldcraft components designed to upgrade standard TIG torch configurations to a gas lens system. This kit is specifically engineered for compatibility with 17, 18, and 26 series torches, as well as W-350, W-410, and A-200 models. By replacing standard collet bodies with gas lenses, operators can achieve significantly improved shielding gas distribution. The gas lens utilizes a multi-layer screen mesh to transform turbulent gas flow into a laminar column, ensuring robust coverage of the weld pool even with increased tungsten stickout.

This kit is an all-in-one solution for maintenance and setup changes, containing essential consumables for the most common tungsten diameters: 1/16-inch, 3/32-inch, and 1/8-inch. It includes the corresponding collets (10N23, 10N24, 10N25) and gas lens bodies (45V25, 45V26, 45V27). To complement the gas lenses, the kit provides three alumina nozzles in sizes #6, #7, and #8, allowing for versatility across different joint configurations and amperage requirements. A short back cap (57Y04) is included to facilitate welding in confined spaces where torch length is a constraint.
