The Weldcraft A-125 Flex, historically known as the WP-9F, represents a standard in lightweight, air-cooled TIG welding torch bodies. Designed for light-duty fabrication and maintenance applications, this torch body is rated for 125 amps DC and 100 amps AC at a 60% duty cycle. The defining technical feature of this model is the flexible neck assembly, which allows the operator to mechanically adjust the angle of the torch head relative to the handle. This articulation is critical for maintaining proper electrode angles in complex pipe welding or restricted-access corner joints where rigid torches cannot effectively operate.

The WP-9F utilizes the standard 9-series consumable platform, which is cross-compatible with the water-cooled WP-20 and WP-25 series.
