The Strong Hand Tools BuildPro Tool Cart (TMC8080) is an engineered storage solution designed specifically to complement the BuildPro modular fixturing system. In precision welding and fabrication environments, the efficiency of setup and teardown is directly correlated to the accessibility of fixturing components. This cart addresses the logistical challenge of managing the diverse array of clamps, bolts, stops, and blocks required for complex fixtures.

Constructed from robust 2-inch by 1-inch steel tubing, the TMC8080 is built to withstand the weight of heavy steel tools and the demands of an industrial floor. The frame is finished with a rust-resistant black powder coating, ensuring longevity and resistance to shop grime. The cart's primary function is to inventory and organize BuildPro Clamps and Components, keeping them within arm's reach to facilitate a lean workflow. By providing a dedicated place for each item, the cart not only speeds up the fixturing process but also aids in inventory control, making it immediately obvious if a tool is missing at the end of a shift.

The design features a specialized Tool Organizer Plate that allows for a "park and pickup" methodology for Inserta Clamps and Pliers. A Pegboard Panel with rounded safety pegs keeps Straight Edge Stops ready for immediate deployment. Additionally, the cart includes magnetic bars to stabilize Right Angle Brackets and a "Bridge" Channel specifically dimensioned to hold Ball Lock Bolts—an essential and often easily misplaced component in modular fixturing. The rear slotted cross bar offers additional hanging storage, while the bottom shelf features a 1-1/4" lip to securely transport bulky items such as Heavy Duty Riser Blocks.

Mobility is provided by four heavy-duty casters; two are fixed for directional stability, while two swivel and feature foot-pedal safety locks to anchor the cart firmly in place during use. This cart is compatible with BuildPro Fixturing Kits ranging from Part Nos. TMK510 through TMK550.
