This accessory expands the utility of the SURFOX power source, converting the unit from a cleaning device into a precision marking and etching station. The wand is engineered to conduct the low-voltage electrical current required to facilitate the electrochemical reaction through a stencil and electrolyte-soaked pad, permanently altering the surface of the metal.

Constructed with industrial-grade materials, the wand features a high-dielectric strength handle that isolates the operator from the current while ensuring durability against the acidic nature of marking electrolytes (such as SURFOX M or E). The internal conductor is optimized for minimal resistance, ensuring that the voltage set at the machine is delivered accurately to the workpiece, which is essential for achieving crisp, high-contrast black marks (oxidation) or white etchings (material removal). The head of the wand is designed to accept standard graphite or conductive inserts and secures the marking pads firmly with an O-ring mechanism, preventing slippage during the application.
