The Magnaflux Magnavis WCP-2 White Contrast Paint is a specialized chemical consumable designed to optimize the visibility of indications during non-destructive testing (NDT). Specifically formulated for use in visible magnetic particle inspections, this bright white, opaque paint creates a uniform background on the surface of the test part. By masking the natural color of the substrate—which is often dark steel or iron—WCP-2 provides a stark contrast against the colored magnetic particles (typically black or red) used to identify surface and near-surface discontinuities.
