The primary difference is the length of the wires. King Size wires are approximately 4.5 inches long, whereas standard wires are shorter. The King Size allows for cleaning longer tips or cleaning from the back end.

Yes, the aluminum case includes a built-in flat file for dressing the face of the torch tip.

While technically possible if the size matches, these are designed for oxy-fuel tips. MIG tips are usually copper and wear out differently; using a file or abrasive cleaner might open the bore too much. It is better to use tools specifically for MIG or replace the contact tip.

Wypo wires are designed to be non-aggressive to the brass tip. They clean and polish away carbon without reaming out the hole or changing the orifice size, provided they are used correctly.

Select the wire that fits snugly but easily into the orifice. Move it in and out in a straight line. Do not twist excessively, as this can spiral the wire and cause breakage. Use the file to flatten the tip face if needed.

The wires are made from stainless steel to resist corrosion and provide adequate stiffness.
