The ArcOne S540-12 is a specialized Auto-Darkening Filter (ADF) from the Singles series, designed to retrofit standard welding helmets with a 5.25-inch by 4.5-inch retention system. This unit provides a cost-effective solution for industrial applications requiring consistent fixed-shade protection without the complexity of variable adjustments. The lens operates with a fixed Dark State of Shade 12, making it suitable for medium-to-high amperage welding processes such as MIG and Stick welding where higher optical density is required for eye protection.
