The ArcOne Singles Duo S240-11/12 is a specialized multipack designed for professional welders requiring adaptability in their personal protective equipment. This set includes two individual auto-darkening filters (ADF) from the renowned Singles S240 series: one fixed at Shade 11 and one fixed at Shade 12. These filters are engineered to fit standard 2-inch by 4.25-inch lens retainers, making them universally compatible with most traditional "pipeliner" style helmets and other passive hoods with a standard flip-front or fixed retainer.

Technically, the S240 series utilizes advanced liquid crystal technology to provide a clear Light State of Shade 3, allowing for excellent visibility during setup, material handling, and grinding without raising the hood. Upon arc initiation, the two independent sensors detect the light and switch the lens to the dark state in approximately 0.5 milliseconds. The unit is entirely solar-powered, eliminating the need for battery replacements or charging, which ensures readiness in remote field environments. The optical quality is designed to minimize eye strain, providing a crisp view of the weld puddle.
