The Optrel e650 Welding Helmet (SKU: 1006.300) represents a significant advancement in the Expert Series of personal protective equipment for industrial welders. Engineered in Switzerland, this auto-darkening helmet is designed to meet the rigorous demands of professional fabrication environments. The core of the e650 is its high-performance Auto-Darkening Filter (ADF), which provides a variable shade range of DIN 9 to 13, making it adaptable to a wide spectrum of amperages and welding processes including SMAW, GMAW, and GTAW.
A distinguishing feature of the e650 is its optical quality and sensor management. The unit is equipped with a patented Sensor Slide mechanism that allows the operator to adjust the detection angle of the photosensors from 120° down to 60°.
