Unlike traditional auto-darkening filters that impart a lime-green tint, 4C technology broadens the color range and hues that can be seen in both light and dark states. This results in a view that is clearer, crisper, and more natural, allowing for better control over the weld puddle.
With a perfect 1/1/1/1 optical clarity rating according to EN379 standards, the lens eliminates blur, distortion, and inconsistent shading. This level of precision is critical for welders performing intricate TIG work or long-duration MIG fabrication where eye strain can become a significant fatigue factor. The helmet is powered by a solar cell assisted by two user-replaceable AAA batteries, ensuring long service life and reliability.
