Advanced Filtration and Airflow

At the core of the system is an intelligent blower unit that maintains positive pressure within the helmet to keep contaminants out. The multi-component filter system includes a spark screen, pre-filter, and a primary HEPA filter capable of extracting 99.97% of particulate matter at 0.3 microns. This provides NIOSH-certified protection against hazardous welding fumes, including hexavalent chromium, manganese, zinc oxide, and lead. The blower features an LED display for battery and filter status, along with audible and vibratory alarms to alert the operator of low flow or low battery conditions. A unique patented baffling system inside the helmet allows the user to adjust airflow direction, preventing eye dryness during long shifts.
