The Diversitech AM4500T Filterhawk Ambient Air Cleaner is a robust solution designed to maintain superior air quality in industrial environments. Engineered for facilities where source capture is not feasible or to supplement existing extraction systems, this unit continuously cycles and filters the air to remove airborne particulates, dust, and welding fumes. At its core is a powerful 3.0 HP TEFC motor operating on 575V, 3-phase power, driving a reliable belt-drive blower that ensures consistent air movement throughout your workspace.

Rugged Construction for Harsh Environments

Built to withstand the rigors of heavy industry, the AM4500T features a durable 14-gauge frame reinforced with 3/16-inch black steel panels. This solid construction minimizes vibration and ensures longevity even in demanding manufacturing settings. The unit is designed for overhead installation, freeing up valuable floor space while taking advantage of natural airflow patterns. It comes equipped with five ceiling mount eye bolts, making suspension secure and straightforward.

Advanced Filtration and Control

Effective filtration is achieved through a multi-stage system. The unit draws air through two pleated prefilters which capture larger particles, extending the life of the primary filters. The main filtration is provided by two 95% efficiency bag filters, each offering 80 square feet of media area, ensuring high-capacity retention of fine particulates. To help maintenance teams monitor performance, a 0-5 inch surface mount magnehelic gauge is included, providing a clear visual indication of when filters need replacement. The system also features a "filter saver" option with a 2-inch poly pad and hangers to further protect the main filter media.

Optimized Airflow

Clean air is returned to the facility through a 4-way exhaust louvre. This design allows for adjustable airflow direction, helping to create an effective air circulation pattern that eliminates dead spots and drives dirty air back towards the intake. Please note that the unit is wired to a junction box, and the motor starter/disconnect is not included, allowing for integration into your facility's specific electrical control system.
