The Miller FILTAIR® MWX-D (Disposable Filter) Fume Extraction System is engineered to provide industrial-grade air filtration in a highly mobile package. The system is built around Miller's proprietary FilTek® XL Filter Technology. Unlike traditional treated cellulose filters that depth-load particles, FilTek XL filters are surface-loading. This innovation allows for more efficient airflow and extends the filter's service life by up to two times, reducing long-term consumable costs while maintaining peak performance.

With a MERV 15 rating, the MWX-D offers best-in-class filtration, capable of capturing up to 95% of weld fume particulates. This high level of efficiency is essential for shops handling stainless steel, aluminum, or galvanized materials where fume control is paramount. The unit features a straightforward, easy-to-read pressure gauge on the front panel.
