The system is built around a high-efficiency MERV 16 filter with a massive 568 square feet (52 square meters) of surface area, utilizing Nano fiber technology to capture sub-micron particles common in welding smoke.

Mechanized Cleaning Technology

A standout feature of this unit is its mechanized self-cleaning system. Unlike passive filtration units that require frequent manual filter changes, the Prism® utilizes a cleaning cycle (typically compressed air driven) to dislodge particulate matter from the pleated filter media. This particulate drops into a collection bin, maintaining optimal airflow and significantly extending the lifespan of the filter element. An integrated air pressure gauge provides visual confirmation of filter status, ensuring maintenance is performed only when necessary.
