At the core of the Miniflex's performance is its four-stage filtration system. This system includes a spark arrester, a pre-filter, a LongLife-H main filter, and a final HEPA filter. The inclusion of the HEPA filter ensures a filtration efficiency of up to 99.97%, effectively capturing particulates as small as 0.3 microns. This level of filtration is critical for compliance with safety standards regarding hexavalent chromium and other hazardous welding fume constituents.
