The Lincoln Mobiflex© 200-M Base Unit (K2497-12) is a robust mobile solution designed for the extraction and filtration of welding fumes in smaller manufacturing facilities and maintenance shops. Engineered for versatility, this low-vacuum system delivers a generous airflow of approximately 735 CFM, making it highly effective for capturing fumes at the source in light to medium-duty welding applications. The unit is built on a mobile platform featuring front casters and rear wheels, allowing operators to easily position the extractor exactly where it is needed most.

Safety and maintenance are key components of the Mobiflex 200-M design. It features an internal spark arrestor that functions as a pre-filter, preventing hot sparks from reaching the main filter cartridge and reducing fire risks. The system is also equipped with a filter status indicator, providing immediate visual feedback on the condition of the filter, ensuring timely replacements and maintaining optimal performance. The large surface area of the filter cartridge ensures a long service life and reduces the frequency of changes, thereby lowering overall operational costs.
