The Lincoln Electric Prism® Mobile One-Pak® (K4259-7) is a comprehensive low-vacuum welding fume extraction solution designed for industrial environments requiring flexibility and high-performance filtration. Engineered for light to medium-duty applications, this mobile unit delivers a robust 735 CFM of airflow, effectively capturing welding fumes at the source. The system is anchored by a MERV 16 (HE) Nano Filter, which boasts a 95% efficiency rating for contaminants as small as 0.3 to 1 micron, ensuring compliance with strict air quality standards in manufacturing facilities, fabrication shops, and training centers.

This One-Pak® configuration is a turnkey solution that includes the base unit and a 10-foot flexible extraction arm equipped with an Arc Sensor and Lamp Kit. The Arc Sensor technology significantly enhances operational efficiency by automatically activating the vacuum motor only when a welding arc is struck and returning to standby mode when the arc is extinguished. This feature not only conserves energy but also reduces ambient noise levels in the workshop. The integrated Lamp Kit provides essential illumination directly into the weld zone, improving operator visibility and weld quality.

Maintenance and durability are key components of the Prism® Mobile design. An internal spark arrestor acts as a pre-filter, capturing larger particulates and preventing sparks from reaching the main filter media. The unit also features a color-coded filter status indicator, allowing maintenance teams to easily monitor filter life and schedule replacements without downtime.
