The Lincoln Electric Mobiflex® 200-M (also known as the Prism® Mobile) One-Pak® is a robust low-vacuum system engineered for the filtration and extraction of welding fumes in light to medium-duty manufacturing environments. Designed for facilities where fixed ductwork is impractical, this mobile unit provides a flexible and efficient solution for maintaining air quality and compliance with safety standards. The system features a substantial airflow capacity of 735 CFM, ensuring effective capture of particulate matter at the source.
At the core of the unit is a large-capacity filter with a surface area of 538 square feet. This expansive surface area allows for a lower air-to-cloth ratio, resulting in longer filter life and reduced operational costs compared to smaller units. The system includes an integrated spark arrestor that acts as a pre-filter, preventing hot sparks from reaching the main filter media, thereby significantly reducing fire risks and extending the longevity of the filtration system. A color-coded filter status indicator provides immediate visual feedback on filter saturation, allowing maintenance teams to plan replacements efficiently.
This One-Pak® configuration (K4259-8) comes complete with the LFA 4.1 flexible extraction arm (K2633-7). The 13-foot (4-meter) arm offers exceptional reach, allowing operators to position the extraction hood precisely over the weld zone, even in large or complex workpieces. The arm is designed for 360-degree rotation and smooth positioning, ensuring it stays in place during operation. The base unit is mounted on a sturdy chassis with front swivel casters and large rear wheels, making it easy to maneuver around the shop floor, between work cells, or into tight spaces.
The unit operates on standard 120V, single-phase power, drawing only 6.1 amps, making it compatible with standard shop outlets. It is an ideal solution for maintenance departments, fabrication shops, and training centers requiring versatile, high-performance fume control.
