The Lincoln Electric Prism® Wall Mount One-Pak® (K4261-12) is a sophisticated, stationary low-vacuum fume extraction system engineered for light to medium-duty industrial applications. Designed to address the specific needs of facilities with limited floor space, such as welding schools, maintenance departments, and job shops, this system integrates powerful extraction capabilities directly into the facility's infrastructure. The unit is anchored by the K1654-5 Base Unit, which houses a high-efficiency disposable MERV 14 cellulose filter. This filter features a 3D pleated structure providing an impressive 538 square feet (50 square meters) of surface area, ensuring optimal particulate capture and extended filter life before replacement is required.

The system's airflow is driven by two K1656-9 Prism 2400 Stationary Fans, each powered by a 1 HP motor operating on standard 115V, single-phase power. Combined, these fans deliver a robust airflow of 1200 CFM, sufficient to support the two included K1655-8 flexible extraction arms. These 10-foot arms are designed with external articulation to minimize airflow resistance and turbulence, ensuring consistent suction at the hood. The hoods themselves are rotatable 360 degrees, allowing operators to position the extraction point precisely at the source of the fume plume without obstructing their view or movement.

A key technical feature of this One-Pak is the inclusion of two K1669-4 Arc Sensor/Lamp Kits. These sensors detect the UV light generated by the welding arc and automatically activate the respective fan, ensuring extraction is present exactly when needed while conserving energy and reducing background noise during non-welding periods. The system also incorporates an integrated spark arrestor which functions as a pre-filter, capturing larger particulates and reducing the risk of thermal damage to the main filter element.
