Advanced Filtration Technology

At the core of the Prism system is a high-efficiency MERV 14 disposable filter. This filter features a unique 3D pleated structure that provides a massive 538 square feet of surface area. This extensive filter media capacity not only captures fine particulates with exceptional efficiency but also significantly extends the service life of the filter, resulting in lower long-term operational costs. The unit also includes an internal spark arrestor which acts as a pre-filter, capturing larger hot particles and sparks to protect the main filter and enhance system safety.

For manual control, a switch is conveniently located on the extraction hood, which also operates the integrated lamp to illuminate the weld zone for better visibility and precision.
