The Lincoln Electric Prism® Wall Mount One-Pak® (K4261-2) is a comprehensive low-vacuum filtration solution designed specifically for light to medium-duty welding applications. Engineered for facilities where floor space is a critical commodity, this stationary system mounts securely to walls or columns, providing powerful local exhaust ventilation without obstructing ground-level operations. The package is a complete "One-Pak" solution, integrating the filtration unit, extraction arm, fan, and controls into a single, easy-to-install bundle.

High-Efficiency Filtration and Airflow

At the core of the system is the Prism 2400 stationary fan, a 1 HP motor operating on standard 115V, single-phase power. It drives a consistent airflow of 735 CFM through the extraction arm, effectively capturing fumes at the source. The filtration unit (K1654-4) houses a high-capacity MERV 14 cellulose filter. With a 3-D pleated structure and a massive surface area of 538 square feet (50 m²), this filter offers exceptional particulate holding capacity. This design not only ensures cleaner air by trapping fine welding fumes but also extends the interval between filter changes, thereby reducing long-term maintenance costs.

Operational Features and Safety

The system includes a 10-foot flexible extraction arm (K1655-8) equipped with a rotatable hood, allowing welders to position the capture zone precisely where needed. To protect the filter media from thermal damage, a built-in spark arrestor functions as a pre-filter, catching larger hot particulates before they reach the cellulose element. The unit is controlled via a dedicated Starter/Overload Switch (K1494-2), which provides thermal protection for the motor and simple on/off functionality.
