The Lincoln Electric Prism® Wall Mount One-Pak® (K4261-3) is a robust, stationary low-vacuum system designed specifically for light to medium-duty welding fume extraction. Engineered for facilities with fixed workstations and limited floor space, this system mounts securely to the wall, keeping the ground clear for equipment and operators. The One-Pak® configuration is a turnkey solution that bundles the essential components—base unit, filtration, extraction arm, fan, and controls—into a single, easy-to-install package.

High-Efficiency Filtration and Airflow

At the core of the Prism® system is a high-capacity MERV 14 cellulose filter. With a massive 538 square feet (50 square meters) of surface area arranged in a 3-D pleated structure, this filter effectively captures welding fumes and particulates, returning cleaner air to the facility. The system is powered by the Prism® 2400 Fan, a 1 HP motor running on standard 115V single-phase power, delivering a substantial 735 CFM of airflow. This powerful suction ensures that smoke and fumes are captured at the source before they can disperse into the breathing zone of the welder or the general shop environment.

Flexible Reach and Durability

This package includes a 13-foot flexible extraction arm (K1655-9), providing an extended reach that is ideal for larger workpieces or bays where the welder needs to move around a central fixture. The arm is designed for smooth positioning and stays in place once set, allowing the operator to focus on the weld rather than adjusting the equipment. Additionally, the unit features a built-in spark arrestor which acts as a pre-filter, catching larger particulates and sparks to protect the main filter and extend its service life.
