Stationary Dual-Arm Fume Extraction System

The Lincoln Electric Prism® Wall Mount One Pak® (K4261-9) is a comprehensive stationary low-vacuum system engineered for the extraction and filtration of welding fumes in light to medium-duty applications. Designed for efficiency and spatial economy, this system is particularly well-suited for job shops, welding schools, and maintenance departments where floor space is at a premium. The unit mounts securely to the wall, utilizing vertical space to keep the work area unobstructed.

At the core of the system are two Prism 2400 1 HP stationary fans, which generate a combined airflow capacity of 1,200 CFM. This powerful suction is directed through two 13-foot flexible extraction arms, allowing for simultaneous fume capture from two separate workstations or extended reach across a large assembly area. The arms are designed for stable positioning, ensuring the capture hood remains close to the arc for maximum efficacy.

Filtration is handled by a high-capacity MERV 14 filter with a surface area of 538 ft² (50 m²). This large filter area promotes longer filter life and consistent airflow performance. Additionally, an integrated spark arrestor serves as a pre-filter, capturing larger particulates and mitigating the risk of fire within the filter bank. The system includes all necessary mounting brackets and starter/overload switches, providing a complete, ready-to-install solution for industrial air quality management.
