The Lincoln Electric Statiflex 200-M (K4261-13) is a stationary, wall-mounted low-vacuum/high-volume fume extraction system designed for light-to-medium duty welding applications. This configuration is specifically engineered for environments where floor space is at a premium, such as welding schools, training centers, and compact job shop booths. By mounting directly to the wall, the unit keeps the ground clear for equipment and operators while providing powerful suction directly at the source of the fumes.

Advanced Filtration Technology

At the core of the Statiflex 200-M is a high-capacity mechanical filtration system. It features a generously sized cellulose filter with a surface area of 538 square feet (50 square meters). The unique three-dimensional pleated structure of the filter cartridge maximizes the collection capacity and ensures a lower pressure drop, resulting in longer filter life and reduced operational costs compared to standard filters. A built-in spark arrestor acts as a pre-filter, capturing larger particulates and protecting the main filter from hot sparks, thereby enhancing the safety of the entire system.

Telescopic Arm and Smart Control

This package includes the LTA 2.0 Telescopic Arm, which offers a reach range of 3.0 to 4.5 feet. This shorter, adjustable reach is perfect for bench work or small welding booths where a long 7-10 foot arm would be cumbersome. The telescopic action allows the welder to position the hood precisely where needed without obstruction. Additionally, the unit comes equipped with a Lamp Kit and Arc Sensor. The Arc Sensor detects the welding arc flash and automatically turns the extraction unit on, running it only during the welding process and for a short period after to clear residual fumes. This feature significantly reduces energy consumption and minimizes background noise in the shop.
