The Lincoln Electric Statiflex 200-M (K4261-7) is a robust wall-mounted fume extraction system designed for stationary welding applications. Engineered for light to medium-duty environments, this system provides a practical solution for job shops, welding schools, and maintenance departments where floor space is limited and air quality is paramount. The unit features a high-performance Prism 2400 1 HP fan that generates an impressive airflow of 735 SCFM, ensuring rapid capture of welding fumes at the source.

At the core of the Statiflex 200-M is its advanced filtration technology. The system utilizes a large capacity filter with a surface area of 538 ft² (50 m²). The filter's 3-D pleated structure significantly increases the filtration area relative to the unit's footprint, maximizing efficiency and extending the interval between filter replacements. A built-in spark arrestor functions as a pre-filter, capturing larger particulates and protecting the main filter media from potential damage, thereby reducing operational costs over the lifespan of the unit.
