The Lincoln Electric Statiflex 200-M (K4261-4) is a stationary, wall-mounted low vacuum system designed specifically for the extraction and filtration of welding fumes in light to medium-duty applications. Engineered for facilities with fixed workstations and limited floor space, such as welding schools, job shops, and maintenance departments, this unit provides a robust solution for air quality control without obstructing the workspace. High-Efficiency 3-D Filtration

A key engineering feature of the Statiflex 200-M is its advanced filtration system. The unit houses a filter cartridge with a 3-D pleated structure, offering a massive filter capacity of 538 square feet (50 square meters). This generous surface area significantly lowers the air-to-cloth ratio, which not only improves the efficiency of particulate capture but also extends the lifespan of the filter element. By reducing the frequency of filter replacements, the Statiflex 200-M helps lower overall operational costs. Furthermore, the system includes a spark arrestor that acts as a pre-filter, capturing larger particulates and preventing hot sparks from reaching the main filter media.

Telescopic Arm Integration

This One-Pak package includes the LTA 2.0 Telescopic Arm, which provides a flexible reach ranging from 3.0 to 4.5 feet. Unlike standard articulating arms, the telescopic design is ideal for smaller booths or areas with overhead obstructions. The arm allows for precise positioning of the extraction hood near the arc, ensuring effective capture of fumes at the source. Powered by the SF2400 fan, the system delivers a consistent airflow of 735 CFM, ensuring that hazardous fumes are effectively removed from the operator's breathing zone.
