This generous filter media size significantly increases the dwell time of the airflow, allowing for more efficient particulate capture and extended filter life compared to standard units. The system is powered by two Prism 2400 1 HP stationary fans, delivering a robust total airflow of 1,200 CFM. Additionally, an integrated spark arrestor acts as a pre-filter, capturing larger particles and sparks before they reach the main filter, thereby enhancing safety and reducing maintenance costs.
