The Lincoln Electric Statiflex 200-M (K1654-1) is a robust, stationary wall-mounted low vacuum/high volume fume extraction system designed for light-to-medium duty welding applications. Engineered for facilities where floor space is at a premium, such as welding schools, training centers, and fixed manufacturing booths, the Statiflex 200-M provides effective source capture of welding fumes without obstructing the workspace. This unit is the "Base Unit" configuration, housing the fan motor and filtration system, and is designed to be paired with Lincoln Electric's LFA 3.1 or 4.1 extraction arms (sold separately) to complete the assembly.

At the core of the Statiflex 200-M is a high-efficiency cellulose filter cartridge boasting an impressive 538 square feet (50 square meters) of surface area. This extra-large filter capacity ensures lower face velocity and higher filtration efficiency, resulting in longer intervals between filter replacements compared to standard portable units. The system features a built-in spark arrestor that functions as a pre-filter, capturing larger particulate and reducing the risk of fire within the filter housing. A visual filter pollution indicator is integrated into the unit, providing operators and maintenance personnel with a clear status of the filter's condition, ensuring timely maintenance and consistent airflow performance.

The unit operates on standard 120V, single-phase power, making it easy to integrate into existing electrical infrastructure. The 1HP motor delivers consistent suction power required to effectively pull fumes away from the welder's breathing zone.
