Statiflex 200-M Stationary Filtration System

The Lincoln Electric Statiflex 200-M (also known as the Prism Wall Mount) is a stationary, low-vacuum system designed for the extraction and filtration of welding fumes in light to medium-duty applications. Engineered for facilities with fixed workstations, such as welding schools, maintenance departments, and general fabrication shops, this unit provides a robust solution for air quality control without consuming valuable floor space.

Technical Performance

At the core of the K1654-4 base unit is a powerful 1 HP fan capable of generating 735 CFM of airflow. This high-volume performance ensures effective capture of welding fumes at the source when paired with an appropriate extraction arm (sold separately). The system features a generous filter capacity of 538 ft² (50 m²), utilizing a 3-D pleated structure to maximize surface area and reduce pressure drop. The included MERV 14 filter offers high-efficiency filtration, capturing 99.9% of particulate matter, making it suitable for a wide range of welding processes.

Safety and Maintenance

The unit is equipped with an integrated spark arrestor that functions as a pre-filter, capturing larger particulates and reducing the risk of fire within the filter housing. The large surface area of the main filter translates to lower operational costs due to extended intervals between filter changes. The system is designed for single-arm configuration, allowing for flexibility in shop layout while maintaining a dedicated extraction point for the operator.
