The system is built around a powerful 1 HP fan delivering 735 CFM of airflow, ensuring effective capture of welding fumes at the source when paired with compatible extraction arms.

Advanced Filtration Technology

At the core of the Prism® system is a high-capacity MERV 16 filter with a substantial 568 square feet (52 square meters) of surface area. This pleated filter structure maximizes particulate capture efficiency, effectively filtering out hazardous welding fumes and improving overall facility air quality. To protect the filtration media and ensure safety, the unit includes an integrated spark arrestor. This component functions as a pre-filter for larger particulates and suppresses sparks before they reach the main filter, significantly reducing fire risks in the ductwork and filter bank.
