The Lincoln Electric Prism® Wall Mount Mechanized Cleaning One-Pak® (K4468-6) is a premier low-vacuum extraction system designed for stationary welding stations requiring robust filtration and extended reach. Formerly known as the Statiflex 800, this updated Prism system integrates a high-efficiency MERV 16 filter with a mechanized cleaning mechanism, ensuring consistent airflow and reduced filter replacement frequency. The unit is powered by the Prism 4200 2 HP fan, capable of generating 1750 CFM of free air flow, which translates to a powerful 735 CFM at the extraction hood, effectively capturing welding fumes, grinding dust, and other airborne particulates.

This specific One-Pak configuration is engineered for versatility in large workspaces. It features a 10-foot flexible extraction arm mounted to a 7-foot extension crane, providing a total reach of 17 feet. This extended range allows operators to cover large weldments or multiple work zones without moving the base unit. The system utilizes a 3-phase, 230V input to drive the heavy-duty motor, ensuring industrial-grade reliability. The core of the filtration system is the 568 square foot filter cartridge, which is automatically cleaned by an integrated compressed air pulse system. This mechanized cleaning cycle dislodges particulate buildup, maintaining optimal pressure drop and extending the life of the filter media.

Included in this package is the Arc Sensor/Lamp Kit (K1669-10), which enhances operational efficiency by automatically starting the fan when an arc is struck and stopping it after welding ceases. This feature not only conserves energy but also ensures that fume extraction is always active when needed. The MERV 16 rating makes this unit suitable for capturing hexavalent chromium and other hazardous fumes generated during stainless steel and heavy-duty fabrication.
