The Lincoln Electric Prism® Wall Mount Mechanized Cleaning One Pak® (K4468-2) is a comprehensive low-vacuum filtration solution designed for stationary welding environments. Engineered for industrial durability, this system integrates the Prism 4200 Fan, a 2 HP, 3-phase motor capable of generating 1750 CFM of airflow. This high-volume air movement is critical for effectively capturing thermal welding fumes at the source, ensuring compliance with air quality standards in job shops and manufacturing facilities.

At the core of the filtration process is the MERV 16 Nano Coated Cellulose filter (KP2752-16). This advanced media is designed to capture sub-micron particles common in welding fumes, including hexavalent chromium and manganese, with high efficiency. The system employs a mechanized cleaning cycle, which periodically dislodges accumulated particulate from the filter media, depositing it into a collection bin. This self-cleaning capability maintains optimal pressure drop across the filter, extending the service life of the consumables and ensuring consistent suction performance over time.

The K4468-2 configuration is distinguished by its extended reach capabilities. It combines a standard 10 ft. flexible extraction arm (K1655-8) with a 7 ft. extension crane (K1671-1), providing a total radial reach of approximately 17 feet. This allows the operator to cover large workpieces or multiple adjacent workstations without relocating the base unit. The arm features external articulation to minimize airflow resistance and includes a rotatable hood for precise positioning. The unit is wall-mounted, utilizing vertical space to keep the shop floor clear for operations and traffic.

Safety features include an integrated spark arrestor to prevent large, hot particulates from reaching the filter media, reducing fire risk. The system is controlled via a K1494-10 Starter/Overload Switch, providing reliable thermal protection for the motor. This One-Pak® ships complete with all necessary components for installation, including the base unit, fan, arm, crane, and initial filter set.
