Mechanized Cleaning Technology

One of the standout features of this system is its mechanized cleaning capability. Unlike static filter systems that clog rapidly, the Prism® unit employs a cleaning mechanism that dislodges accumulated particulate from the filter media. This feature significantly extends the lifespan of the filter, maintains consistent airflow over time, and reduces the frequency of manual maintenance interventions. The large 568 square foot filtration area further enhances capacity, allowing for longer operational periods between filter changes.

Extended Reach and Flexibility

It includes a 14-foot extension crane paired with a 10-foot flexible arm, providing an impressive total reach of approximately 24 feet. Powerful Performance

Driven by a 2 HP motor operating on 230V 3-phase power, the system delivers an airflow of 1750 CFM. This powerful suction ensures that smoke and fumes are drawn away from the welder's face effectively. The inclusion of a starter/overload switch provides necessary motor protection and convenient control. Additionally, the integrated spark arrestor acts as a critical safety barrier, preventing large sparks from reaching the main filter element.
