The core innovation in this system is the Touch-Retract Starting technology. Unlike traditional high-current scratch starts, this system utilizes the servo motor to sense wire contact with the workpiece and immediately retract the wire. This action allows the arc to initiate at a significantly lower current level, drastically reducing the explosive energy that typically causes spatter during the start sequence.

The inclusion of the Air-Blast feature adds another layer of process reliability.
