Designed to integrate seamlessly with Lincoln's advanced Power Wave® S-Series and R-Series power sources, this feeder utilizes the ArcLink® digital communication protocol to deliver rapid response times and synchronized control between the robot, power source, and wire drive.

At the core of the AutoDrive S is the patented MAXTRAC® Wire Drive System. This heavy-duty, 4-roll drive mechanism provides stable and consistent wire feeding, which is critical for maintaining the tool center point (TCP) in robotic programming. The unit features a high-torque motor equipped with a tachometer that provides closed-loop feedback, ensuring that the actual wire feed speed matches the commanded speed regardless of conduit resistance or cable torsion.
