The Lincoln Electric Seam Tracker™ 40 Standard System One-Pak© (K52004-0303) is a comprehensive solution designed to bring precise automation to industrial welding environments. Engineered for high-demand applications, this system utilizes tactile sensing technology to physically track the weld joint, ensuring the torch remains perfectly positioned relative to the workpiece. This specific configuration features the CS40 Cross Slide with a 3-inch by 3-inch (76mm x 76mm) stroke, providing ample range of motion for standard joint variations. With a load capacity of 40 lbs (18 kg) at 6 inches from the faceplate, the CS40 slide is robust enough to carry heavy submerged arc torches or tandem MIG setups without compromising accuracy.

The One-Pak concept simplifies the procurement process by bundling all essential components into a single SKU. This package includes the K52020-1 Standard Control unit, which offers intuitive operation for streamlined setup, and the K52022-1 Standard Pendant with a 10-foot cable for convenient remote adjustments. The system is highly versatile, supporting a wide array of welding processes including Submerged Arc (SAW), Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW), Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW), and Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW).
