At the core of the Origo Feed 304 is a precision 4-roll drive mechanism. This system ensures consistent wire delivery, minimizing slippage and feed issues even with softer wires like aluminum or flux-cored varieties. The unit supports a wire feed speed range of 1.9 to 25 m/min and can accommodate wire diameters from 0.6mm to 1.6mm for solid steel, and up to 1.6mm for aluminum and cored wires. It accepts standard 300mm wire spools up to 18kg.

The integrated M13U control panel enhances operator control and process monitoring.
