The system features a 5 ft x 10 ft (1.5 m x 3.0 m) cutting area, making it ideal for processing standard large-format plates without the footprint of a permanent gantry table.

The Crossbow unit itself is equipped with a motorized lifter and Arc Voltage Height Control (AVC), which automatically maintains the optimal torch height during cutting, compensating for plate warpage and ensuring consistent cut quality. The CNC interface is intuitive, featuring a built-in library of 24 common shapes that can be dimensioned on the fly, reducing the need for offline programming for simple parts.
