The Lincoln Electric Flextec 500X 6-Pack Rack (K4465-1) is a premier solution for large-scale industrial fabrication, shipbuilding, and construction environments. This integrated system houses six independent Flextec 500X multi-process welders within a heavy-duty, protective inverter rack. Designed to streamline logistics and power management, the rack features a factory-installed single primary power drop. This allows facility managers and site foremen to connect a single 3-phase power supply (380/460/575V) to run all six arcs simultaneously, eliminating the need for individual power drops and drastically reducing electrical cable clutter.

Advanced Process Capabilities

Each of the six Flextec 500X units delivers up to 500 amps of welding output, supporting a wide array of processes including Stick, DC TIG, MIG, Flux-Cored, and Carbon Arc Gouging. The welders are engineered with Lincoln Electric's CrossLinc Technology, which enables voltage control at the arc without the need for an additional control cable. This feature is particularly valuable in structural and field applications where long cable runs are common, ensuring that operators can adjust settings remotely while maintaining a safer, less cluttered workspace. The system provides a rated output of 500A at 60% duty cycle, ensuring consistent performance during demanding shifts.

Rugged Environmental Protection

Built to withstand harsh industrial conditions, the Flextec 500X 6-Pack Rack is IP23 rated, making it suitable for outdoor operation and storage. The rack itself is constructed from heavy-gauge square tubing and includes both lifting eyes and forklift pockets for easy maneuverability by crane or truck. The individual welders are also Desert Duty® rated for operation in extreme temperatures up to 55°C. With its robust design and potted PC boards, this rack system ensures reliability and longevity even in the most aggressive environments.
