The Lincoln Electric Vantage 566 (K3239-2) is a heavy-duty engine-driven welder designed for the most demanding industrial applications, including construction, pipeline, and maintenance operations. Powered by a turbocharged Deutz TD2.9L4 diesel engine, this machine meets EPA Tier 4 Final compliance standards without sacrificing performance. It delivers a massive 575 amps of welding output at 100% duty cycle, ensuring continuous operation for heavy structural welding and gouging applications using up to 3/8-inch carbons.

Engineered with Lincoln's proprietary Chopper Technology®, the Vantage 566 provides superior DC arc control across all processes, including Stick, TIG, MIG, and Flux-Cored welding. The unit is housed in a standard stainless steel roof, side panels, and engine-access door, offering exceptional corrosion resistance and durability in harsh field environments. The sliding engine access door allows for convenient serviceability without requiring ample clearance on the side of the machine.

Beyond welding, the Vantage 566 serves as a formidable power generator. It provides 12,000 watts of peak single-phase AC power and 20,000 watts of peak three-phase AC power. This capability allows operators to run industrial tools, lights, plasma cutters, and inverter welders simultaneously. The integrated VRD (Voltage Reduction Device) enhances safety by reducing Open Circuit Voltage (OCV) in CC-stick mode when not welding. With a 25-gallon fuel tank and efficient fuel consumption, this unit is built for long shifts and minimal downtime.
