The Lincoln Electric Flextec® 650X 4-Pack Rack (K3510-1) is a high-capacity welding system designed for large-scale industrial environments such as shipyards, construction sites, and mining operations. This unit integrates four Flextec 650X multi-process power sources into a single, ruggedized inverter rack. The primary engineering advantage of this configuration is the single power drop requirement; a unified input distribution system powers all four inverters, significantly reducing the complexity of electrical hookups and minimizing cable clutter on the job site.

Each Flextec 650X unit within the rack delivers substantial output power, rated at 650 amps at 100% duty cycle, making it capable of handling heavy-duty applications including thick structural steel welding and carbon arc gouging with up to 3/8-inch carbons. The system features Lincoln's proprietary CrossLinc™ Technology, which enables full control of voltage and amperage at the wire feeder without the need for an additional control cable. This is achieved by transmitting communication signals directly over the welding power cable, reducing cable maintenance and setup time.

Built to withstand harsh environmental conditions, the rack and welders are IP23 rated and Desert Duty® certified for operation in temperatures up to 55°C. The rack structure itself is engineered for mobility, featuring forklift pockets and lifting bails for crane transport. The inverters support a broad range of processes including Stick, DC TIG, MIG, Flux-Cored, and Submerged Arc, offering versatility for diverse fabrication requirements. Input power flexibility is ensured with compatibility for 380V, 460V, and 575V 3-phase sources.
