The dual-head configuration offers exceptional versatility, allowing operators to dedicate one side to the high-deposition HyperFill process while reserving the other for standard GMAW or FCAW applications, or to run two different wire types. The package includes the Magnum® PRO Curve™ HDE™ 500 Gun, specifically configured for HyperFill applications. Unlike complex tandem-arc torches that require heavy water cooling and dual cables, the HDE™ 500 utilizes a single cable and liner system to feed both wires simultaneously. The gun is rated for 100% duty cycle at 500 amps, ensuring it can withstand the thermal demands of continuous high-deposition welding.
